WiFi not working.

We have just been connected today for broadband through sky. 

I connected the box this morning and the WiFi is not working.   I have hard wired the box to my skyQ box and that works. 

The broadband box (SKYKGLJH) is not discoverable.    But the two serial numbers below are 

314F259B010698_2G

314F259B010698_5G

These numbers relate to the box but I still can't log into them. 

please can you assist getting us back on line?

@Buddhababy77 Login to what, you cannot do so to a sky Q or sky mini box only to a sky Hub and that also depends on the model you have for connecting too!
