WiFi not working

Our WiFi has been intermittent for over 24 hours. It has stopped us from watching tv and using the internet. Lights in the box are green. Have tried rebooting which worked once but otherwise has been intermittent.

To get your TV working in the short term you could connect an Ethernet cable from hub to tv
