Very poor WiFi and broadband

Over the last few days connectivity has declined and we are currently struggling to get any consistent long term stable WiFi connection to any of the devices in our house. Having contacted SKY, and used a link sent to my phone to test connectivity and WiFi the results are that we have 70mb to the hub and WiFi is good. This is clearly not the case so I guess this means there is something wrong with the SKY  hub? Can I arrange for it to be changed please.
