WiFi not working

My sky wifi is all green and says it's all good in the checks but it's not even working to send an iMessage. I am the only one in the house with one phone connected and the internet won't work

@Sophie114  You have 4 green lights on the router and your internet is not working or is there lights not on that should be on?
