The WiFi doesn’t work. Keep resetting the router but it doesn’t help

@Aga2 there is a fsult where the white hubs are not transmitting their SSID to devices so they can connect despite the hub showing a white connected light. if thst is your issue the fix for the white hub is to do a factory reset. Press and hold in the wps button on the right edge of the hub for up to 30 seconds releasing it when the led on the front starts flashing rapidly green. Once restarted the hub should be back to normal.

Re: WiFi not working

@Chrisee thank you for the reply. I have a black router. I've read some previous comments and tried to reset it by pressing reset button at the back for 20s no luck. I also tried pressing button on the side still nothing. Any other ideas?

@Aga2 if its a black hub thecfix is not for you as hopefully Sky haven't broken those as well as the white ones.

Work through this trouble shooter whicj uses the leds on the hub to diagnose issues https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
