Re: WiFi not working

Not working in Accrington either.. done all the reboots, been on my sky to say an engineer needs to come out but looking at the comments it's seems a north west issue

Re: WiFi not working

Same here in Chorley..I know others have the same issue. Must definitely be a north west thing. The app and test stuff we are able to do is a joke. States it's working and isn't. I have to start work in an hour and rely on the internet >.<

Re: WiFi not working

I'm in Bury too.  Would be nice if Sky could at least acknowledge there is a problem...

Re: WiFi not working

Same for me too I'm in Atherton

thought it was the connections and had to literally move furniture to get to the sockets

No broadband access n the Chorley area

Woke up to my WiFi working and also my fibre connection seems fine but there's no internet access. Light on the router is dead now but was orange before I rebooted it.

difficult to test as I can only access the internet using my mobile data so tests are difficult on the router. I expect there's a local outage but reports say that work is going on in the south of the Uk and Midlands. Nowhere around here!

anyone else?

Re: WiFi not working

Same here in Euxton. I posted a separate post as I didn't see this thread at first. I managed to test by coming on and off my WiFi router and Sky acknowledged there's a problem but haven't said what it is. Clearly affecting  large area.

Re: WiFi not working

The only thing I see on the app is that tests are currently not working.Earliet they were and it wanted me to try and start unplugging everything. I didn't as I had read the thread and saw everyone else in the north west has the same issue.

Re: WiFi not working

Same here in Leyland. Rebooted router and still down. Can't even run broadband diagnostic checks on the app because it says "service checks not working".
