@Kaos25 the red light on the ONT means the unit has lost its optical signal. Checck that the green fibre plug is secure if it is and the line is still down after an hour runnthe Service Checker in the My Sky app using a mobile connection. Thstvshould have picked up the lost connection and run you through some tests before offering to book an engineer to sort tge issue.
