WiFi not working

WiFi stopped working, red light on hub (voice) 

red light on open reach box (LOS)

i'm the same and not to sure why. have tried turning it off and back on again but that didn't seem to help

Sky say no problem in my area, EH17, but I have no connection to the internet. Tried off/on and now router is flashing green light

Mines been down in becley for about 20 mins. Was yours off for long? Hoping uts not hours again, don't have access to any other tv or anything.

When it is down after midnight to around 6am then it could be overnight maintenance taking place.

 

If it still down later then the first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area, it doesn't always pick up issues straight away so it might be worth trying again later if this is the case:
