WiFi not working
Wifi not working again ! I work from home so this is essential for me to be online
I have done the service checker which says there isn't a problem in my area but there clearly is. Now I am going to have to travel 20 miles into work to access WiFi for a meeting, not good enough in this day and age

Re: WiFi not working
@Carolann5 If working from home is essential then it is up to you to ensure you have siome kind of backup as broadband outages can & do happen for various reasons.
WFH does not give you 100% uptime guarantee, no provider can give that.
First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

@Carolann5
In case you weren't already aware before the reply from @GD1 Sky broadband being discussed here is a domestic service and whilst it's fine for those customers working from home to use it, they won't receive additional or quicker support.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off
