WiFi not working

I want someone to collect the WiFi box and end my subscription as I've only had this WiFi's couple off weeks and it's alright playing up, I am not happy how it's been and I'm not paying for this to happen often

You will need to call Sky if you want to cancel in the cooling off period. No one will collect any Sky equipment. If you successfully cancel return packaging will be sent out to you for you to return it. 

How is it 'playing up'?
