WiFi not working

Run tests says it all ok but WiFi not working, it happens all the time. Restart of hub brings it to life, then after a short period it goes again, all devices have same problem.

At 3.43 in the morning it could be overnight maintannace that is taking place so if you nit connection throughout the day then the first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

If there isn't try running the line test here:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Still happening 10.45am and no WiFi, but lights on the hub are green and status says it fine.
