WiFi not working

WiFi stopped working about an hour ago and has been slowly flashing green since. Been through all of the online manuals and the automated phone line but can't seem to get a solution or estimate as to when it'll be working again.

It could be there is maintenance taking place on your lines so if it is still down then try running this line test:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
