WiFi not working

My WiFi is not working, the bill is paid, I've ran a test check but nothing working

Mine isn't either, I've done the check it all seems fine

We've also got the same issues. It's been like it for a few days. Rang Sky last night he reset from their end and told me to press reset on back of router once a month as helps keep it running smoothly. Well since that call at around 7pm last night, I've reset 5x and it's still not working properly. Fuming now as hardly cheap!!
