Mine isn't working in Accrington and my Sky business internet isn't working in Rishton

Nr Preston and mine is still down at 0746 - tried reset twice and still getting the orange light of death

WiFi not working in Warrington also, I need to WFH due to immune system compromise and obviously need the WiFi up ASAP.

I have phoned sky customer services and it says " they are aware of an issue with the phone lines in our area and it may affect the internet and phone services. They are trying to work on the issue" it asked me to leave a mobile number so they can text me when it is fixed.

We have no internet in bury BL9! We have Sky glass so no internet means no tv

I rang them and there is now a message on there acknowledging an issue. You can arrange for a text message to be sent to you once it's back up and running. It will not allow me to post the number but if you look up sky freephone number  you should be able to obtain it.

I'm in Chorley Lancashire and tried unplugging router but still no connection. Hopefully we'll be back on soon.....

I also rang ,automated service saying they are aware of a power outage in the area and are working hard to get it fixed

No internet in Culcheth/Warrington either, I rang Sky and just got an automation response say the exchange is out in my area. No good when you work from home.

I'm on the south east coast, we've got no internet this way too.
