Discussion topic: WiFi not working since mini sky q box and booster fitted

2 days ago had mini sky q box fitted in another room. Booster also fitted by sky. Last night wifi went down and still down this morning. Came back on intermittently.
is the installation of the sky box/booster coincidental? If I check equipment in sky app it says all working. Is the booster diluting the signal?

Try rebooting all your Q boxes & changing the operating mode to 'Active' rather than 'Eco'
