WiFi not working and losing connection
I work from home and the last 2 weeks my internet connection drops out and will only work if I'm sitting in the same room as my router. As soon as I walk out it drops

@Katie268 assuming the issue isnt with the broadband connection to the hubwhich you can check in thecservice checker in the My Sky app it sounds like lousyvwifi.
WiFi signal strngth depends on the layout and type of construction of your home if live in an older property with solid internal walls you will struggle tonget usable wifi more tgan a couple of rooms from the hub. However do check that you hub is in the best possible position which is oou in the open on a surfacecso its above obstructions like furniture etc. Beyond tgat you need to consider getting more WiFi kit either as part of Sky's WiFi Max bundle see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or by buying your own equipment.
