WiFi not working- Bedford

Living in Bedford. WIFI not working since yesterday evening. 2/4 lights on the hub (voice and internet) were initially orange and now completely off. Have tried resetting hub and disconnecting+reconnecting wires but no luck.

Please can someone assist.
