WiFi not strong enough to reach all parts of the house

WiFi upgraded 10th July. no extender connected so broadband now doesn't reach the whole house. Keeps falling off devices which need reconnected constantly. Needs addressed asap as my mother is elderly and this is causing distress. Very disappointed in the service considering the monthly amount paid. I would be very grateful if you could remedy this straight away. Happy to talk on behalf of my mother she will give permission for this.

You are not talking to Sky on here as we are customers who help each other.

If you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

@Manche5ter2011 When you post on the Forum just customers like yourself, so you are not talking to sky, you need help then best you call them tomorrow, you will need to be with your mother as she will need to pass the security checks, then inform the CS that she would like you to talk to them on her behalve from that point onwards.
