WiFi not reaching devices

Ring doorbell camera and other Ring security cameras which are only 15-20 meters from the router are continually "dropping out" I have tested WiFi speed from these cameras and it is only 36 maps so the Sky signal is just not strong enough

A poor signal in certain rooms is something that can cause this so try going through this to see if it helps:

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.

Thankyou Caesarome 👍🏻 I upgraded from Sky Full Fibre Gigafast broadband to Sky WiFi max as it was worth the extra £6 per month for 3 Sky Pods to boost my WiFi signal to reach security cameras and a Ring doorbell which although only 20 or so metres away the other side of an outer wall the signal was dropping out from time to time and I was often only getting speeds of 60-70 mbps at their location. On the previous Gigafast 900 mbps package I really didn't expect this to happen but "it is what it is" 🤷🏼‍♂️
