New hub - no activation date

Have received my new hub but there is no activation date on the packaging as described (nothing in boxes either). Wher is a message box to ask sky for it?

Have tried that - all it does is tell me that the hub has been delivered and gives ne a link on how to install - first step - do not install before activation date! No further information available on how to get activation date if it hasn't been provided!

Usually the hub is delivered a few days before the activation date so if cant find the date anyway (and in any emails you might have been sent) then you will have to call them about it.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

I had the same problem today. Apparently, the activation date applies only to new Sky customers. If you are an existing custiomer, the hub will work immediately.

Thanks for the link.  In my case just confirms delivery details with no mention of an activation date.

@PHW100 if its a replacemebt hub just plug it in and set up when you have a few minutes spare.

Yes I have a replacement and no mention of an activation date and needless to say any attempt to contact SKY is even less succesful.  I have tried twice to connect the new router - just goes through all the steps come up with 3 greens - then all lights go out and process starts again
