Tried all the online help but can't get anything to connect to the hub. All 3 lights on hub are green but nothing will connect to it. Went off just after 8am this morning

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Sam117 try to reboot the hub by pulling the power for 20 seconds or so which will force the hub to reboot. If you still cannot connect try a hub reset by pressing in the reset pin for up to 20 seconds until the power led blinks. Thst will return the hub to its factory default settings and then try to reconnect. If that works condider if someone with access to your network could have changed the settings.
If still stuck call Sky.
