This is the 4th time this has happened since January. Our WiFi just stops working. It shows full connection but says "No connection"

If you mean in the early hours, when there are any broadband issues between midnight and 7am it could be essential overnight maintenance taking place. It is carried out at those times to minimise disruption and there is no advance warning provided.
