WiFi not connecting

Apparently my WiFi has no issues but won't connect to phones or sky q tv

@Carrie54 Does anything on this first part show to you!

 

This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!

All lights are green and the app test says everything is working fine but nothing is connecting to it

@Carrie54 Then if you are all good sky hub wise, switch the hub off for a couple hours and see when it goes back on it returns to working condition!

@Carrie54 Call sky now, and explain you have what appears to be full connection but NO Internet data is flowing to you!, the couple off hours is required to path you a different way, less than that you connect to the same with the exact same problem!
