My WiFi box has an error signal of LOS and is not working at all. We have tried re setting the router and have checked everything is plugged in properly which it is.
As per the thread on discussions posted by sky. It seems there is planned maintenance between 0000 and 0700. I have the same issue so it is likely that's the issue. Should be solved by 7am
