Can’t see connected devices
I have sky fibre max installed recently but the hub in mysky app shows no devices connected.
Currently have 2 laptops, 3 mobiles, 3 consoles and sky glass connected
specifically upgraded so I could set parental controls on certain devices but although I can create profiles there are no devices listed to set in them
Any ideas?

@FosterT You may have to call sky 150 on landline, possible your profile or somethng like that, and does seem to take a little time to work its way through. But call sky if you need, and hang on through the prompt's to speak to a person.
