WiFi max set up

Has anyone had issue with their upgrade to WiFi gigafast with the use of WiFi max?

I have had nothing but issues with my internet from the upgrade and the MySky app refuses to complete set up. 
I've been told a variety of different excuses including that having other wired items into the box is causing the issue which was never the case with my other hub .. I'm at a loss and completely frustrated with the lack of solution from Sky.
