WiFi max parental controls missing in mysky app

Hi

I Had sky fibre installed about 3-4 months ago and the parental controls for the WiFi which I paid extra for are still not available. I've deleted and reinstalled the app and it hasn't done anything.

Do you definitely have the WiFi Max subscription supplement, rather than just a Max Hub?
