WiFi keeps going off

My WiFi routers keeps losing connection and voice. Keeps on having orange lights come on on the voice and internet. Off and on all day

The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area, it can be a bit slow at picking up issues so if nothing shows perhaps try it again later:

If nothing shows then try this line test:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

I know everything else is fine. It's my router that is knackered but it seems so difficult to get a new one going through the app. I work from home in the day and it just keeps dropping out

@JH3007 in practice line issues are far nmore common than issues with your Sky hub especially if you have a partial fibre line. Sky are likely to swap your hub with the same model if there are indications of an issue. You will have to ring in to request a swap.
