My WiFi has been going on and off over the past week. Huge issue as I WFH so I need the internet working. I've tried resetting the hub, my app says I have good internet connection but there are red lights on the hub?
not a clue where to go from here it's so frustrating

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

Hi, I've done the tester and my WiFi and Broadband apparently are running fine, however clicking that link you sent shows this:
when I click "let's fix it" it says everything's fine? So I'm not too sure where the issue is, as there definitely is an issue, but I can't fix it apparently!?
