How to connect Eufy camera and base unit to ne router.

I understand that the Eufy camera requires 2.4GHz  broadband and cant cope with 5GHz.  I have established that Channel 11 in the new roiuter is at 2.4GHz but I have no idea how i get the Eufy to pick up on this.  I have read that it is possible to turn off the 5GHz chanel until the camera connects but again have no idea how to do this.

Any help will be appreciated as I reallu have no clue about computers.

With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.

You can use the same settings to temporarily disable the 5Ghz WiFi band: remember to re-enable it afterwards if you do this.
