Hello, we've had issues in the past with the wifi failing and have never found a permanent solution. Recently it has been dropping out more frequently, 2 or 3 times briefly in the past week. I have been able to fix it by unplugging and replugging our bt entry point white box thingy. Past issues we've always put it down to bad weather, but theirs none of that just now and we would like a permanent solution.
