WiFi keeps dropping

WiFi was fine up until 6pm now it won't connect at all. Ran the rest in the sky app and it states everything is fine. It isn't we have no WiFi!! 2 green and 2 orange lights on the hub. Plugged directly into a phone socket. Have reset the hub twice bit still no joy.
