WiFi keeps dropping, done all the tests, everything coming back fine. Then it works, then it disconnects again. Tried everything, turned off, reset etc... keeps happening all the time... Do I need a new router ? Says problem with connection, then all of a sudden there's nothing wrong ? Why does it keep happening?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Lauren883 you need to establish what is happening the lights on your hub can help,do that (https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start)
If the leds show that the hub has lost connection to the exchange then there is likely to be a line issue which are pretty common fault currently due to the recent bad weather. You can see if the Service Checker in the My Sky app picks this up as a fault if it doesn't then you can call Sky and see if they can get your line checked whether they can depends on how often the line drops and if there are other indications as often lines drops stop oncectge line dries out.
If the hub loses all lights and then reboots all on its own then the issue is likely to be a dodgy hub which youbshould ask Sky to replace. There are other possible causes if those dont apply but if you post again can you include the hub's connection stats if your hub is black see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
