WiFi keeps dropping

Hello, 

 

My WIFI keeps dropping over the past few days. This isn't helpful since I work from home and it is vital that I have WIFI which im

currently paying you for. 

I have had nothing but issues since I have joined Sky so I'm wondering if I have chosen the right provider. 

I was also offered a free movie on Sky VIP but I can't access that benefit so guess that was also a lie.

Is it all devices or just your work device? Do any lights on your hub change?

All of the lights go orange and all my devices drop off the internet.

Mine too. At least once a day, usually in the evening. Sky say there are no problems ???
