WiFi keeps dropping out

Hello we have just moved from Plusnet to SKY WiFi and we keep getting our WiFi drop out and cutting off the phone whilst on a call. It's happening 20 times a day plus which is really frustrating, I have checked our devices on the SKY app and it says 17 devices are all connected with strong signals but that doesn't seem to be the case, teams meetings cut off etc. we never experienced this for the 5 years we were with Plusnet so not sure if anything gets changed other than the router when we moved providers. Please could you advise?

@Steve623 Straight plusnet to sky move, ie same connection type and similar hub, the Plusnet Smarthub2 BT look a like version to the black Sky Broadband Hub?

When you notice the drops, are any lights on the hub changing/unlit
