Broadband Issue When Playing a Game

Hello,

When I try and launch the game "Cricket 26" I am unable to launch it. I have spoken to the support for the game and after various test they have said the issue is only affecting customers with Sky Broadband. 

If I need to try and provide anything else I will happily try, otherwise is there any ideas what may be causing this?

The support from BigAnt provided me with this:

"The only real expansion of information you can provide them at this time is your results from above, where they can see what you are failing to get access to the Amazon Web Services we use."

@GauravSingh & @Kurtyoy given Amazon Web Services provide cloud services for a huge number of sites it is unlikely therecisxacrouting issue between Sky and AWS. One thing to try is to add a public DNS server to the device's network settings Google's at 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 works well for most sites.

Sky does seem to have an issue with some AWS regions as of last night, 

I can access the Ireland region with no issue

Mate it's happened to me for 2 days but I barely went on my PlayStation so I couldnt do anything as I thought it was just something that'll last 1 minute or something
