WiFi keeps dropping out

WiFi keeps dropping out ongoing since Friday morning all checks done with sky no issues only happens when open reach are in the area this happens all the time the internet begins dropping in and out all day and night anyone got same issues? This is driving us mad!

I have the same issue with the Internet.

Also sky hub won't connect now to sky q mini box re set unplugged everything complete at wits end with it now!
