WiFi keeps dropping out

WiFi keeps dropping out but all lights on the hub are green

Could you post your router statistics as shown below

If you click the maintenaoce tab along the top and sign in with 

Username      admin

Password       sky or wifi password

At the bottom of maintenance click show statistics and post that

I'm having trouble I can't remember my password 😔

Did you change it?

The current wifi password is on the back of the router

If you did change it press and hold down the reset button on the back of the hub and then use the wifi password on the hub

That shows both wifi 2.4ghz and 5ghz dropping 3 minutes ago

How old is the hub.  It may be worth contacting sky to replace it as both wifi bands dropping like that may imply a faulty router
