WiFi keeps dropping out

My WiFi keeps dropping out and the signal on my tv is terrible. It's worse in the evenings around 7-9pm. I've run tests and it says the speed is ok but devices keep losing connection, including smart meter. 

anyone else experiencing this before I waste 2 hours of my life trying to call customer service?

What router do you have? What broadband/fibre package are you on? Do you live in a flat or house? Obviously if it's worse in the evenings during the peak times you mention when all the neighbours will be using the internet it could be simply demand. 

If you're on the Max Hub (SR213 - the white one) with Wifi Max then Sky will send an engineer round for free to improve/guarantee wifi speed in every room and will provide booster pods that plug in to improve the coverage.

We live in a house, have the white hub but we don't pay for max. I expect to get uninterrupted broadband if I'm paying for it! Why should I pay extra to guarantee the service? That's never made sense to me. 

we're on full fibre 100. What should we do? TV is literally unwatchable in the evenings. I gave up last night completely.
