WiFi keeps dropping out

Our WiFi continuously drops out. I can be less than 6 feet from the hub and my phone is switching between WiFi and 5G. My sky stream puk sits next to the router and that has trouble connecting each time

we switch it on.
Some areas of the house have a very poor and broken WiFi signal.
I have had to switch it off all the security features to enable some form mildly useable WiFi. I have kids, I need those features active.
This did not happen with my previous EE hub.
I have run all the tests on the app. Sometimes all is good, sometimes not.
Can I get a replacement hub?

Re: WiFi keeps dropping out

Same problem.  Had no issues previously with TalkTalk and Eero router but the Sky Max Hub keeps dropping the WiFi.  When checking the logs on the router you can see the WiFi access points keep shutting down and turning back on.  Doesn't do it all the time just randomly. Tried calling Sky support and they kept saying the line is fine without understanding that the problem is not the fibre connection but the rubbish hub.  Can't even change the settings in the hub to move channels in case that is the issue (although I doubt it is) as Sky lock you out of this.

WIll be moving my broadband back to TalkTalk soon if this doesn't get sorted.  I assume that as it affects multiple customers that this is either a production or firmware issue that should be fixable but who knows how long it will take
