WiFi keeps dropping out

Hi, our WiFi keeps dropping out. It had been getting progressively worse over the last few months. Devices connect to the network and show a full signal but have no connectivity. Any devices hardwired into our home network work well, but the WiFi signal is unreliable. We have tried switching our router and all the Sky boxes off to rebuild the network but this has not improved matters. We would like some help establishing a usable WiFi network again please.

@Womble31

A poor signal in certain rooms is something that comes up on here on a regular basis so try going through this to see if it helps:

https://www.sky.com/help/broadband/my-broadband-speed/improving-wi-fi-signal-to-my-devices/articles/...

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
