WiFi keeps dropping out

Hi

Despite the online checks inferring everything is fine I'm having real issues with the reliability of my WiFi.  It is constantly dropping out meaning when I work from home there is interrupted connections or I cannot work effectively.  It doesn't matter where I am in the house I have this problem.

 

When I watch something online I find regularly the show stops and "buffers".  

 

These issues have been getting progressively worse over the last 6 weeks.  I need my internet connection to work first and foremost.  I switched to Sky because I was assured the speed wouldn't be affected by the layout of my house, whether I was upstairs or downstairs - anything.

 

Can this please be logged and looked into urgently please

@Samantha132 Whoever told you that has just no clue whatsoever to make that statement and i really hope it was NOT a sky employee who works in Broadband! Best you call sky 8am to 8pm and see if they can assist you. Help link maybe good for you to take a quick look at below!

I'm having the same issues my hub is in my living room and the internet isn't reaching outside of that room! I can't watch tv in my bedroom, I can't work from my dining room. I guarantee to be conned into buying a booster pack to make Internet work further around the house! Which should be standard!
