@Rahila232 you nedd to esatblish if itscthe broadband connection tomthe hub or thecwifi from the hub tomyour devicecthst is the issue which the lights on your Sky hub will show see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start

 

That trouble shooter should show you what steps to take, However the storm the other night has caused loads of issues especially with services over copper lines so it maybe sometimecafter you report the issue to Sky beforecanything can be done.

Why do I pay almost £70 a month for a **bleep** poor service??

@Rahila232 thst is a question only you can answer but if you are paying £70 a month just for broadband then you are being ripped off most people get TV services etc thrown in for that amount.
