WiFi keeps dropping out.

Hi, since Sunday my WiFi router keeps dropping in and out of connection every few minutes which is really frustrating when I am trying to watch something or work from home especially for what I am paying. I have reset the router I have made sure all wires are in everything. Could you please advise how to fix this please.
