WiFi keeps dropping out & buffering when. Streaming

Our WiFi keeps dropping out briefly and we are getting lots of buffering. We are only a small house of 3 people with minimal devices, so not a lot of activity at an to one time. This has been going no do quite sometime but has got worse recently.

I have the same issue and its driving me nuts. It always happens when i stream tv. Is there a way to stop it?
