WiFi keeps dropping off, reverting to 4G

Never had problems for years until the last 2-3 weeks. Now regularly reverting to 4g or just not responding whatsoever. Coincidently had Sky engineer out and replaced Sky dish and modem and have had issues since then. Checked again last night and advised to ring you.

@Steve110558  Have you abeen able to ring Sky to see what is going on. In the mean time can you please post your router stats.
