The WiFi will at random turn off and start flashing orange then the light will turn off completely then eventually in a random amount of time turn back on his has been going on for around 24 hours and is extremely annoying any help or communication would be much appreciated.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

You do look to have a line fault it would be best to call Sky about it and claim you are getting lower than expected speeds & its dropping out
