My internet keeps disconnecting and has done for the last few days.

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

My WiFi has cut out 9 times this morning I work from home which has caused a lot of issues

No ISP can possibly guarantee uninterrupted service, particularly in extreme weather. Working from home brings no additional priority, and cannot escape either the fundamental vulnerabilities of the national cabled network or the inherent variability of WiFi.
The advice which @caesarome provided applies.
