WiFi keeps disconnecting
Hi we have just joined sky and had WiFi fitted just over a week or 2 ago now but we keep having connection issues. Every night WiFi goes off and we have to use 5g on phones. This morning it hasn't connected back but app saying there's no issues I have tried disconnecting and connecting back to box on phone with no luck. Have reset the box and still saying no issues but still phones are not connecting to WiFi.

Re: WiFi keeps disconnecting
Firstly, see what it shows from the following, see you may have tried the first;
To check there are no current outages in your area;

Next, if not, would be worth try running a line test;
