WiFi keeps cutting out

The WiFi over the last 3/4 days keeps cutting out multiple times a day. I used to do it a lot previously and then didn't for a while. I work from home and have training tomorrow so this is really worrying as I'm not able to get into the office due to snow. Not that I should have to go into the office on my home day just because my wifi isn't doing its job. This needs rectifying.
